1 GENERAL TERMS

•Customers must fill in a valid mobile phone number when placing an order in order to receive pickup notification text messages or phone calls to help with smooth pickup.
•During the order confirmation period, after selecting the relevant delivery service, the system will prompt you with the available delivery methods and related delivery charges.
•If the address you choose is different from the actual delivery address, resulting in delivery being affected and the goods being returned, in this case we will not be able to refund the shipping cost, but it will not affect the refund of your order.
•The delivery staff only provides delivery services. If you have any questions about the products you received, please contact RB customer service staff directly. Delivery personnel cannot handle returns or exchanges for you.

A. We provide SF express delivery service, and the delivery scope is currently limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories or outlying islands. Free shipping for purchases of HK$250 or above. Orders less than HK$250 will be charged a shipping fee of HK$30.
•After the express package arrives at the designated pickup location, SF Express will send a mobile phone SMS notification to the recipient for pickup.
•Customers need to pick up their shipments at service outlets within 3 days after the pickup notification message is sent. Overdue shipments will be recovered by SF Express. Customers please call the SF Express customer service hotline to reschedule pickup.

i. Self-pickup at SF Express Station/Express Service Center
•When customers pick up packages at SF Express stations, they need to check the recipient’s information before picking up the package.

ii. Pick up at the smart cabinet
•After the order is delivered to the designated smart locker, SF Express will send you the pickup code via SMS. Please go to the smart locker and enter the password to pick up the goods within 48 hours after receiving the SMS.
Pickup steps:
1. Select "Pickup" on the main screen.
2. Enter the 6-digit pickup code and click "Pickup".
3. The smart cabinet door will open automatically and you can collect the package.
4. After closing the cabinet door, the main screen will display "Pickup successful".

B. We provide SF Express door-to-door + door-to-door delivery service. The delivery area is currently limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, except designated areas. Free shipping for purchases of HK$250 or above. Orders less than HK$250 will be charged a shipping fee of HK$30.

i. SF Express arrives + door-to-door delivery
•We currently deliver goods during restricted hours to the following areas (except public holidays): (i) Ma Wan, (ii) Discovery Bay, (iii) Tung Chung District.
(i) Ma Wan designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00)
(ii) Discovery Bay designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00);
(iii) Tung Chung designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (16:00 – 22:30).
We currently do not deliver to the following areas:
(i) Islands District (Lantau Island, Airport, World Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau, etc.)
•After the express package arrives at the designated pickup location, SF Express will notify the recipient of the pickup by phone.

2.2.1. You understand and agree that if the delivery location is not specified for local orders, additional fees will be charged. In remote areas, the regulations of the delivery company shall prevail.

No cash refunds will be provided. If any promotional discount is applied to the total purchase amount at the time of purchase, you will receive a Be my Dollar refund of the amount paid for the item. Return process:
